	Developed Information Systems Roadmap, including Vision, Strategic Plan, and Tactical Plan.
	Participated in a senior consulting team to analyze and recommend information technology management reorganization at a prestigious international contract research institute. Defined intra-enterprise functional responsibilities, policy and procedure issues and CIO position description.
